For my personal safety and peace of mind, all new clients are required to complete a confidential screening process prior to booking approval. 

Once your booking has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation containing a secure payment link for the required 40% booking deposit. Your reservation is officially secured upon receipt of the deposit.  

All booking deposits are non-refundable. However, I understand that plans may change, and I am happy to extend the courtesy of a rescheduling when requested at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed booking. 

Your deposit will remain valid for 90 days from your originally scheduled booking date, allowing you to apply it toward a future reservation. Any deposit not used within this period will be forfeited. All rescheduling dates are subject to availability.
